Building a Tsunami ready Seychelles

On the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of November 2023, DRMD in collaboration with its partners organized a 3-day training session to help Seychelles become more resilient and prepared to the threat of Tsunamis.

Included in the event was the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs, UNESCO-IOC, BMKG Indonesia, UNDRR, and other local stakeholders.

The training sessions were fruitful, and a lot was learned.
