The Disaster Risk Management Division held its first staff retreat on Saturday 22nd July 2023 for management staff and Thursday 27th to Friday 28th July, for all its respective staff at the Crown Beach Hotel, Pointe Au Sel.
The retreat consisted of team building exercises, open discussions and general understanding of the division’s values to rejuvenate the sense of belonging among staff and to expand the vision on the way forward for the organisation.
The retreat was an overall success with great staff participation and positive feedbacks.
Emphasis was also made towards the road mapping of individuals for collective effort towards achieving a greater mindset for tackling the rest of the year to come!
The division will host its second staff retreat in December 2023.
